What is not included in the rate

tourist tax: € 2 per day per person, only for the first 7 days (not payable for children up to 14 years)
Children are welcome.
A child under 2 years is free of charge (using existing beds). All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9 per night in a crib.
Parking is paid with remote control for bar, € 10.00 per day (limited places, to be reserved at the time of booking)

Pets are not allowed N.B.

Offers / discounts are not cumulative
The rooms are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure
In the case of early departure, only the room cost for a maximum of 3 days and the beach cost will be paid in full
Meals and services not used will not be deducted from the cost of the booked stay

For the definitive booking it is necessary to send a deposit (equal to 30% of the total stay) within 24 hours of confirmation, without which the reservation will not be considered valid.
Booking cancellation: up to 30 days before the arrival date the deposit is NOT lost, for different deadlines it will be retained
